Sorry it has taken me so long to write. You probably remember me. I'm the woman who called a few times to see if you ship to Canada and then was able to get her brother to pick up the scissors in Lebenon Illinois. Body toolz shipped my shears * expediated* shipping, at their own cost, and they arrived at the destination the next day. When I got the e-mail about the expediated shipping I couldn't believe it. No company that I have ever dealt with, would go to these lengths to help out any of their customers let alone a new one. Even though my scissors arrived the very next day to where my brother was working. I only received them from him yesterday . Each of the three scissors I ordered are wonderful and I don't know how I have been working with the ones I used before. I am extremely impressed with bodytoolz and have been telling all my grooming friends that if they take a trip to the states that they must purchase shears from you.

I've never felt compelled to write before I met your tweezers! At 51, a woman's best keep secret is a great pair of tweezers, I have never been as satisfied with any other product before yours! No matter how much I spent, I always felt disappointed thinking they could do better at gripping and holding the hair firmly while extracting it. I will tell everyone I know about your product I own two (2) businesses and have loads of contacts, I trust you will reap the rewards of producing a great product. I just *had* to write to let you know the Professional Toe Nail Clippers we ordered came very fast and it's a wonderful product. Dear husband has very thick nails and the clipper did quite a wonderful job on his toe nails. I never thought we'd find a product that would really satisfy us. Husband says that's the best $23.79 we ever spent!
