In-Stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 to 3 days from date of order. Shoppers will be notified when something is out of stock or needs to be Special Ordered, and will be asked if willing to wait the time required for delivery. 24-hour, 365-day Convenient Shopping online. » For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $10.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $2.00 per item.

Order Cancellation Policies

Warranties

Body Toolz offers a 30 day guarantee on all metal instruments except customer misuse.


Return Policies

 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund less shipping. All exchanges/returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of order.

We do not refund shipping charges.

  • (YOU MUST CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) All exchanges/returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of order.
  • Cosmetics can not be returned. No returns after 30 days.

    Electric Manicure/Pedicure Kits

    Most products are returnable within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in a new re-saleable condition. All products must contain original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.

    All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from our Customer Service via phone. Merchandise shipped without a Return Authorization number will be returned back to the customer.

    We do not refund shipping charges. Any used electricals that are returned will be subject to our inspection before credit is given.

    All exchanges/returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of order.
