• 3 Lancets for piercing whiteheads. To Use: Pierce the whitehead, wait till it breaks open, then gently roll the lancet or use the spoon extractor to extract debris.
• 2 Spoon Extractors for removing blackheads or whiteheads. To Use: Place the opening directly over the blackhead and press down to extract. These can be used to remove blackheads around nose and ears.
• 3 Loop Extractors for blackheads. To Use: Lay the smooth side of the extractor on top of the blackhead so that the loop surrounds the skin around the blackhead. Apply slow and even pressure until the sebum is forced out.

Prior to use, steam your face and clean all skin care implements with alcohol. Do not continue to attempt extraction if sebum is not released easily. Be sure to clean all implements after use as well, to avoid infection.
